How It Works

Fill out the referral form with your details and your contact's name/company.
We'll get in touch and do the rest - from viewings to contract.
Once the deal is done, you'll receive 5% of the agreed contract value, based on the initial term (up to 12 months).
Payout is made within 60 days of the contract, deposit, and first month's payment being received.

Example Payouts

£10,000/month contract for 12 months = £6,000 reward
£10,000/month contract for 6 months = £3,000 reward

Referral Terms (Summary)

Referrals apply to new, private office introductions only.
The referral must be received before a viewing is booked or conversation begins.
Deals must complete within 4 months of the referral date.
If a broker later books the first viewing, the reward goes to whoever arranged the viewing.
Payment is made after deposit and first rent payment are received.
